Rules [May 25, 2005]

Everyone's got 'em, we should too. It's the only proper way to run something such as this. Just a few standard requirements...you understand.

Review Rules:

One =
Link back to us [star-critics.diaryland.com]. Standard text will do. However you can use some of these buttons. Please place it where it will be seen. If you are going to put it on a page other than your index, please state where precisely in your request so that it may be found easily.

Two =
All diaries are accepted for review. (Such as - diaryland, diary-x, live journal, dead journal, xanga, ect...)

Three =
Have no less than ten entries. By ten entries, I mean ten entries. Not rings, bio, etc...

Four =
Keep in mind that I have an opinion and you asked for it. Therefore if you don’t agree with your score don’t leave rude remarks under the notes. I can understand if you have an issue with the way I review, so please send all your objections to the reviewer's EMAIL!

Five =
Requests for a re-review will take place exactly a month from the date of last review. ONLY if all the corrections are made.

Six =
Please request with the provided form or email. Donot request under the notes!

Seven =
Your request must include the phrase, "mistaken for a shooting star" so that we know you read the rules. If I check the notes and find your request phrase-less, you will find your username under *problems* for the pending list. So lets not make a fool of our selves.

Eight =
Anyone with a score of 100 or higher will be placed on the “Shine” page

Nine =
No diaries that haven’t been updated for a month.

Ten =
Want some +plus+ points? Add an image of yourself... if you already have one, awesome! I just enjoy a visual image of the writer. We all have things that make us weird.

Eleven =
Please don’t request a review for anyone else’s diary except your own. That’s wrong.

Twelve =
We except locked diaries, please include the user/pass in your request. We don’t have the time to email you for your information, therefore please send it to me.

Thirteen =
If there is a particular reviewer you'd like to do the job, please include that information in your request as well.

Now, Go Request!
