Q. I'm a little confused as to how I request.

A. It's easy. Click on the link placed under the main navigation on the left-hand side of every page. This won't send you directly to the request form. Instead you will be sent to a page reminding you to read the rules. That's always important. Towards the end of the *rules page* is a link entitled, "Now, Go Request!" This link will send you to the request form.

Q. Why am I not posted on the pending list?

A. Being that we claim to be the fastest review site on diaryland.com, we rarely ever have to post any users on the pending list. I check my email daily and most of the time, many times daily. As soon as I receive your request I automatically send you an email stating that your review is underway and begin the reviewing process.

Q. Why are all your images broken?

A. Well, recently something has happened to photobucket.com (the site that host all of our images). I'm not sure what or why exactly, however sometimes it causes the images not to appear. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about this problem.

Q. I made 100 or higher on my review, why am I not posted on the *SHINE* page?

A. Ok, this isn't entirely our fault. Perhaps we haven't gotten that far on updating. However, we usually never make that mistake. Most of the time when we update specific pages diaryland's server gets to acting difficult and it doesn't post our updates till days later. I try to work around this issue with glitches, but it hardly ever works out. Again, there isn't much else we can do about this problem.

Q. How often can I request for a review?

A. As many times as you'd like. However if you must make all the corrections suggested in the previous review and wait exactly a month from the date of the previous review as well.
